Refund policy

·  Refund Eligibility: Returned items must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original, pristine condition with all tags intact. Used or worn items are not eligible for a refund and will be shipped back.

 

 

·  Return Initiation: Returns must be initiated through your BrandsGateway account dashboard or by opening a support ticket at support@brandsgateway.com.

 

 

·  Shipping Guidelines: Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. You can use your own label or purchase one from BrandsGateway.

 

 

·  Courier Restrictions: You must use UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Returns sent via regular postal services are declined and will not be accepted.
