Refund policy

  • 14‑day return window: Counting from the day the parcel was received by your customer.

  • Initiate return quickly: Submit a return request within 14 days of delivery.

  • Return options:

    • Use a return label provided by BrandsGateway, or

    • Use your own label (must be UPS, FedEx, or DHL with active tracking).

  • Inspection required: All returns are inspected before a refund is processed.

  • Refund amount: Once the item is returned and inspected, the item’s price will be refunded.

  • Damaged/incorrect items: Customer must provide clear photos within 14 days showing the product, tag, and defect.

  • Used/worn items: Not eligible for refund.

  • Multiple items: Customer can return one or all items in the order.
